MTAPD-07-015 Overview


Strip is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 6-LCC packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 200V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 200V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 400pA current even if no light is provided.
