MTPD1346-030 Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 5V if it is continuously reverse-biased. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 5V for the photodiodes. Photodiodes exhibit 100nA current even in the absence of light input.
