The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock.
