NB3W1900LMNG Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. HCSL is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 72 pins. The frequency synthesizer features 19 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. At a frequency of 133MHz, frequency generator is capable of achieving high efficiency. Time clock generator requires a supply current of 50mA to fully function. When this RF synthesizer is operated at its maximum current, it will supply 50mA.
