With its SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 2.45V~5.5V and has a 2.45V~5.5V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 600kHz.
