NCP1566MNTXG Overview


The switching controller fits in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sVoltages 6.5V~120V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~150°C TJ. Switching can be done at 100kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. Current Limit, Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start, Sync is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
