NCP3135MNTXG Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.3V. A voltage of 4.62V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 16 pins are required. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 600mV. For switching regulator maximum operation, dc to dc voltage regulator delivers 5A A. DC-DC switching regulator with 5.5V supply voltage. The OUTPUT VOLTAGE= 0.6 V TO 0.84XVIN feature adds to the efficiency and stability of this switching regulator. With 1.1MHz voltage regulator's switching frequency, improved reliability can be achieved.
