NCP3230MNTXG Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 40 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~90°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 30A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 18V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 12V. The maximal output voltage of 5.4V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation.
