For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Through Hole.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.
