Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. This dc control operates at 3.9V~16V and has a 3.9V~16V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 150kHz~750kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control.
