A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~13.2V.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 35V.
