NCV494BDR2 Overview


It comes in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 7V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 40kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Dead Time Control, Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. Various 16 terminations. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
