This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 3.2V~40V. Worked in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher before.
