NG80960KB25 Overview
Due to its PQFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. It is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Overall, there are 132 terminations. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 5V voltage supply should be possible. A 32-Bit architecture is used. A 25MHz frequency is used by the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 132 pins functions. An example of a Microprocessors microprocessor can be found here. The external data bus width of this CPU is 32. The microprocessor should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 100°C. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 132 pins injected into them. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. In this case, 5V is the starting point. This CPU microprocessor requires 5V power supplies according to the datasheet. 420mA voltage higher than 420mA can be supplied to the CPU. A voltage greater than 5.25V should not normally be applied to the embedded microprocessor. The lowest voltage that should be applied to the micro processor is 4.75V. Don't forget the microprocessor's additional features like: REGISTER SCOREBOARDING; 25 MIPS MAX; 9.4 MIPS SUSTAINED; BURST BUS. Hardware interrupts can be dealt with by terminating 4 external interrupts.
