Packed in BGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. To date, there have been 360 terminations. Using a 1.25V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. There is 312MHz frequency set for the CPU. For information about 356 pins, please refer to the datasheet. There is a wide width of 32 on the external data bus of this CPU. It is recommended that the CPU microprocessor is not operated in an environment with a temperature of more than 85°C. A total of 360 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. The CPU core voltage is 1.25V. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 3.3V. A voltage of 1.17V is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor.
