NJM2903DQ Overview
For convenience, it is packaged in DIP .8 pins are present on the comparator. For normal use of the device, the nominal supply current should be 1mA .If the current supply exceeds 1mA , the comparator could malfunction. There is no recommendation for temperatures higher than 85°C .A temperature below -40°C is not suitable for the device.Comparator electronics is specified that the comparator's maximum supply voltage is 36V .This comparator allows minimum supply voltage of 2V .As a result, 2 channels work together to maintain the quality of the output.
