As the electronic part is packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, international shipping is convenient. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:2. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~125°C TA. The total number of terminations is 16.
