NLAST9431MTR2G Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-WFQFN. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. There is 2:2 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~125°C TA. 16 terminations have been made so far. By its 2 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. A 2.5V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. Multiplexers built on a DPDT switching circuit are built. This multiplexer is composed of 1 circuits. Search with NLAST9431 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 30Ohm.
