To ensure that the image sensors are protected from damage, they are packaged in 168-CPGA packages. Image sensors should output 1.8V 3.3V. This image sensor will be packaged in Tray in order to ensure their protection. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 53 dB. A 1/2 inch format image sensor is specified.
