NRF51422-QFAA-R Overview
As a result of RF transceiver IC's 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, it helps to save board space on the board. As far as RF transceiver's mounting is concerned, Surface Mount is adopted.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.High reliability is achieved with advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The mount is attached to Surface Mount. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.8V for this RF transceiver.RF transceiver operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
