NX5P3090UKZ is a current-limited power switch for USB PD and type C applications, which is precision adjustable. This device is capable of working on a USB PD port based on the 29 V tolerance on VBUS pin. The over-current limit threshold can be defined based on the ILIM pin. When a fault condition occurs, the over-temperature protection and reverse current protection circuits provided by NX5P3090UKZ enable it to automatically isolate the switch terminals. It also provides surge protection to enhance the system robustness.
