ODD-15W Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray for protection. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 60V voltage. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. The photodiode will operate at 4nA current even in the absence of light input.
