OP910 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-46 packages. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V continuously. During the operation of a circuit, photodiodes can release 250mW heat. The photodiodes were capable of supplying 60V voltage when operating in reverse-bias mode. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
