OP913SL Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages for safety purposes. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 32V. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 32V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 150mW heat. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 125°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -65°C. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. As long as the photodiodes were reverse-biased, they could supply the voltage 60V. The photodiode will operate at 25nA current even in the absence of light input.
