OP954 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 60V voltage. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V continuously. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. Within a circuit, photodiodes may emit heat 100mW. As a rule of thumb, photodiodes should operate at a temperature no higher than 100°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 60V voltage when operated in reverse bias mode. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
