OP955 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial packages in order to protect them from damage. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 60V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 60V on a continuous basis. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. A circuit made up of photodiodes could release heat 100mW. As a rule of thumb, when photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -40°C. The photodiodes were capable of supplying 60V voltage when operating in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 1nA even without light input.
