OPA2140AID Overview
The linear amplifier is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. This is a J-FET type op amp. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tube case. During the past two weeks, there have been close to 8 terminations. It consists of a total of 8 pins in total.
