OPA4140AIPW Overview


There is a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. An op amp ic of the J-FET type. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tube case. It is estimated that there will be 14 terminations in the next few months. Linear amplifier has a total of 14 pins.
