OPF794 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 50V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 50V. It is recommended that photodiodes be operated at a temperature of 85°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes were able to supply voltages of 100V. The photodiode will operate at 500pA current even in the absence of light input.
