OPR2100HST Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to prevent damage to them. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 50V voltage. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V continuously. It is recommended that photodiodes are operated at a temperature no higher than 125°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -55°C as a minimum operating temperature. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 10nA electrical current.
