OPR5911 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. The photodiodes are put into SMD/SMT packages for safety protection. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 14V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 14V for the photodiodes. 12 pins are present on the photodiodes. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 125°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -55°C. ?It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 14V voltage when they are reverse-biased. Photodiodes exhibit 30nA current even in the absence of light input.
