OPR5925 Overview

To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 35V voltage. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 35V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Pins 12 are present on the photodiodes. As a rule of thumb, when photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -55°C. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 35V voltage. The photodiode operates at 30nA current even in the absence of light input.
