High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. In total, 940 terminations have been made. Using a 1.5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. This microprocessor has an architecture of 64 bits. Datasheets for 940 pin functions can be found here. An example of a Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. Injection of 940 pins into the body of the embedded microprocessor is carried out. As the CPU reaches its top frequency, it will be at 1.8GHz. As specified in datasheets, the embedded microprocessor requires 1.52.5V power supplies. 2900mA voltage higher than 2900mA can be supplied to the CPU.
