OV02643-A42A Overview
42-CSP packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. A voltage of 2.8V should be supplied by the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Bulk. 42 pins are present on the image sensor. It is recommended to set the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors to 70°C. Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -20°C when the image sensor is in operation.
