OV02655-A38A Overview
Safety precautions are taken by packaging the image sensors in 38-CSP3 packages. There should be a voltage of 2.45V~3V supplied by the image sensors. For protection against damage, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. Pins 3are located on the image sensor. 70°C is the maximum operating temperature for image sensors. Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -20°C when the image sensor is in operation.
