OV02715-A68A-1E Overview


Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 68-BGA Module packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 3.3V. Those image sensors will be protected in the Tray. Image sensors have 3 pins. Image sensors should be set to 85°C for maximum operating temperature. When image sensors are operating, the temperature should not fall below -30°C.
