OV08856-GA4A Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in Module packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 1.2V~2.8V. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. A maximum operating temperature of 85°C should be set for the image sensors. When image sensors are in operation, the temperature should not be below -30°C.
