OV09282-EAAC-AA0A Overview
Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in Module packages. There should be 1.2V 1.8V 2.8V voltage supplied by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. Set 85°C as the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors. Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -30°C when the image sensor is in operation.
