OV09750-H55A Overview


In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into BGA - Module packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 1.8V 3.3V. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. Image sensors should be set to 85°C as their maximum operating temperature. Nevertheless, a temperature of less than -30°C should not be allowed for image sensors to operate.
