OV10640-N79Y-PE-Z Overview
A voltage of 1.425V~1.575V should be provided by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Tray. Temperatures above 105°C should be set as the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -40°C when image sensors are in operation.
