PAC1931T-I/J6CX Overview
Package Tape & Reel (TR) includes buck boost converter.A package in the way of 16-WFBGA, WLCSP is used for voltage regulator.Current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount.The operating temperature should not exceed -40°C~150°C TA.There is a support for voltages of 2.7V~5.5V as input voltages for this voltage regulator.An example of this is the 16 termination, which is a procedure in which a transmission line is terminated with a voltage regulator that is equal in impedance to the line characteristics.In order to make this constant current work, it needs to be powered by 3.3VV.The analog IC used in this power converter is POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT.Channels are becoming stronger/weaker based on the following statistics: 1.A voltage greater than 2.7V should be applied to the supply (Vsup).As soon as the maximum supply current (Isup) supplied for current regulation's operation reaches 0.675mA, it will cease to function.When the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) applied for its operation reaches 5.5V, the boost converter is considered to be operational.
