For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating.
