optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. As a member of the PAM2320 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 5.5V volts.
