PD100MC0MP1 Overview


To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, No Lead packages. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 20V. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 75mW heat. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 20V. A photodiode conducts 10nA current without light input.
