PD100MF0MP1 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 2-SMD, No Lead packages for safety purposes. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 20V voltage per photodiode. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 20V. Photodiodes have pins 2. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 75mW heat. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 85°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -30°C. It should be 20V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 10nA current without light input.
