PD101SC0SS Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Tube in order to prevent damage to them. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 5V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 5V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. There is 1nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
