PD204-6C/L3 Overview


Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 170V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 150mW heat. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. Without light, a photodiode has 10nA current.
