To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial packages for safety purposes. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 170V. The photodiodes have 2 pins. In general, the maximum heat generated by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. With the reverse voltage of 32V applied to the DC circuit, the photodiodes can work normally. The photodiode operates at 5nA current even in the absence of light input.
