PD413PI2E00F Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial, Side View packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 32V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 32V in reverse-bias mode. When operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -25°C as a minimum operating temperature. There is 10nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
