PD480PI Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Tube to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 20V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. A continuous voltage of 20V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 85°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -25°C as a minimum operating temperature. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 10nA current.
